Andalusia
Decide calmly, live beautifully.
Andalusia is light, expansive, and everyday life by the sea. We accompany you from the first meeting to the notary – trilingual (German/English/Spanish), structured, and without pressure to sell. Whether it's an apartment, house, finca, or new build: we search the market, curate, view, and negotiate cleanly.

About Andalusia – more space, more peace
This is about everyday life by the sea: long evenings outdoors, short distances, places with their own rhythm. Diversity instead of noise – beaches, nature reserves, and whitewashed villages are all close together.
