Buyer representation (personal shopper)

  • Coordination of surveyor/architect, due diligence

Viewing trip (1–3 days)

Viewing trip – you book the flight and hotel, we take care of the rest.

Our service packages are purely advisory/organisational fees.
Flights & hotel are paid directly to the provider. Airport transfer optional.

Like Compact, with architect on board.
Additionally included:

  • Architect walkthrough of 1–2 favourites (remodelling potential & rough cost estimate)

  • Priority time slots + reservation strategy

  • Sketch & budget outline within 24h

  • 100% credited against buyer representation or architectural services
    Optional: airport transfer from €90/ride

3. VIP (3 days) – €890
Maximum depth & comfort for decision-makers.
Additionally to Plus:

  • Flexible scheduling & second round of favourites incl. due diligence checklist

  • Personal concierge services (restaurant bookings, childcare tips, school/doctor info)

  • Optional bank meeting (finance pre-check) or notary pre-consultation

  • 360°/video tour of your favourite property (to support decisions at home)

  • 100% credited against buyer representation or architectural services
