A native German, she lives in Andalusia and has done so for many years – with a local network and a keen feel for locations, micro-markets and everyday routes. With a background in hotel management and several years in international client work, she brings what overseas buyers value: a service mindset, structure and trilingual communication.
She is your first point of contact: she curates suitable properties, organises pressure-free viewing tours, coordinates bank and notary appointments, and keeps you up to date with clear WhatsApp/portal updates. Well travelled and at home in different cultures, she helps translate expectations – so you can decide promptly and without stress.

Juan Luis Tortosa Ruiz – Architect
Design & construction management
Juan Luis is our Technical Architect (Arquitecto Técnico) on site. He ensures decisions are technically sound – whether for resale purchases with renovation potential or for new-build/renovation projects. From technical planning and permit management (e.g. LISTA/Declaración Responsable) through tendering and construction supervision to final handover, he manages vetted trades, schedules, quality and budgets. Where additional planning stamps are required for larger projects, he coordinates with the authorised architects.
