Murcia

Murcia stands for warm bays, short distances and everyday life that simply works. We support you from the first conversation through to the notary – trilingual (DE/EN/ES), structured and without sales pressure. Whether apartment, house, finca or new build: we search across the entire market, curate, arrange viewings and negotiate with care.

About Murcia – the tranquil Costa Cálida

Between the Mar Menor and the Mediterranean, everything is close at hand: the beach in the morning, tapas in the evening, with sport, marinas and small everyday towns in between. More modern residential areas meet established neighbourhoods – uncomplicated, friendly, sunny.

  • Short distances – easy to explore, relaxed to live

  • Warm bays & long season (Mar Menor)

  • Everyday life: infrastructure in place, without overload

Comparison: Murcia vs. heavily visited stretches of coastline

Not “better/worse”, just different – often more relaxed than the classic hotspots.

  • Density & skyline: lower, with a family-friendly pace

  • Atmosphere: everyday life & sport rather than party strips

  • Price feel: in many areas gentler than the top hotspots

Market & property types

Murcia offers a wide range – from apartments on the Mar Menor and townhouses in communities to detached homes and golf-resort properties – much of it low-maintenance and easy to plan, with strong new-build options and established resales.

  • Apartments/resort complexes: pools, management, easy upkeep

  • Townhouses/semi-detached: more space, terrace/garden

  • Houses/villas & fincas (coastal/inland locations)

Four ways to your home
Choose the approach that suits you – we’ll structure the journey.

  1. Purchase only (resale)
Move in as seen – no building works.

  • Curated shortlist by location & budget

  • Accompanied viewings, negotiation of terms

  • Reservation (arras deposit), notary, handover

   2. Purchase + renovation
Renew finishes and building services – style and comfort.

  • Materials, kitchens/bathrooms, flooring/lighting

  • Coordination of trusted trades

  • Programme and budget, regular updates

   3. Purchase + remodelling
Optimise the layout – more light, better use of space.

  • Technical survey and design

  • Permissions (e.g. LISTA/Declaración Responsable)

  • Site supervision through to practical completion

   4. New build
Plan and construct on an urban plot.

  • Plot search and feasibility

  • Design/3D, licence, tendering

  • Construction management, completion, move-in

We manage the process right through to the notary – trilingual and transparent.

  • Document check: nota simple, land registry, ownership/charges

  • Cost overview: ITP/IVA, notary, registry, community fees

FAQ – Your questions, our answers

Do viewings cost anything? Individual viewings are free of charge. The viewing tour is an optional organisational service.

How many viewings per day on the organised viewing tour? Usually 6–8, sensibly paced – quality over quantity.

Do I need a NIE (Spanish tax number)? Yes, for the property purchase. We explain the process and timings and won’t leave you to handle it alone.

Do you accompany clients to the bank and the notary? Yes – in DE/EN/ES, with clear documentation and fixed appointments.
