RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

1. Scope
If you are an EU consumer and contracted our services online/off-premises, you have 14 calendar days to withdraw without giving reasons, subject to the exceptions below.

The 14-day period starts on the day the contract is concluded.

3. How to withdraw

4. Effects
We will reimburse payments received without undue delay and within 14 days of your notice, using the same means of payment unless agreed otherwise.

5. Services begun during the period
If you asked us to start during the withdrawal period, you must pay proportionally for services provided up to the moment you notify withdrawal.
Exception: you lose the right if the service is fully performed with your express prior consent and acknowledgment of the loss of the right once fully performed.
